Miss West Virginia Scholarship Pageant

 The goal is to promote the education of young women ages 17-24 who
reside in West Virginia, by providing educational scholarships at
every local pageant and the annual state pageant. Miss West Virginia
is sponsored by the Department of Education and the Arts and carries
the message of WVPASS to West Virginia public schools during her
reign.
